Sugar or artificial sweeteners are just to give the taste for your tongue but its bad for your health. Most of the peoples drink sodas which contains too much sugar then the diet soda’s came. Now peoples don’t know diet soda contains artificial sweeteners which could lead to weight gain and diabetes.
